I would be absolutely honoured to capture this incredibly special time for you and your family.  For your easy viewing, I have simplified my packages and their content. For more information on the session itself, please see below after packages. All Packages include colour and black and white images and matching 5 by 7 inch prints in colour.

 

PACKAGES

1. Wrap me Baby mini session – $550 

10 high res jpeg images (via digital download).

Photos with parents welcomed. Add a sibling set up for $50.

Matching coloured 5 by 7 inch prints

1.5 – 2.5 hour session (3 hours with siblings)

Includes 1-2 set ups of your gorgeous baby cutely wrapped in either a basket, beanbag or other prop.  For more technical posing please see full newborn session below.

 

2. Full newborn session, Silver – $660 (+$50 with siblings) 

20 high res jpeg images

Matching coloured 5 by 7 inch prints

3-4 hour session

Photos with parents welcomed. Add siblings for $50 (includes two different sibling set ups).

During our session, I will photograph your gorgeous baby in a variety of poses on the beanbag and in two other baby set ups using beautiful fabrics, textured layers and wraps.  If you are wanting less prop images in your session, we can do more variety on the beanbag.  If you are wanting less posed images with parents we can also do this – Just let me know when booking :).

 

3. Full newborn session Gold – $999 (whole family)

30 high res jpeg images on USB

12 by 18 inch wall art (valued at $110)

Matching coloured 5 by 7 inch prints in a premium handmade linen photo box.

Includes the whole family (parents, any siblings and newborn).

3-4 hour session

During our session, I will photograph your gorgeous baby in a variety of poses on the beanbag and in two other baby set ups using beautiful fabrics, textured layers and wraps.  If you are wanting less prop images in your session, we can do more variety on the beanbag.  If you are wanting less posed images with parents we can also do this – Just let me know when booking :).

Advertising and displaying our work is how we help mums and dads like yourselves become familiar with our work.  For all clients (one per session booking) that share my Facebook “Sneak Peek” post of their session on their own personal FB page will receive an extra high res digital image of their choice from the gallery added to their package free of charge.

Having twins? No problem. Twin sessions are $100 one top of all packages and include extra session time.

When is the best time to photography newborns?

The best time to photography newborns is in their first 14 days of life, this is when they are all still squishy and sleepy, ideally between 6 and 10 days old. After this time, the bubbas become more alert, less curled and are more prone to baby acne.  To secure your session, it is recommended that you book while you are still expecting. J (If you baby is older than 14 days, that is also ok. I have photographed babies past this recommended age with gorgeous results).

When do your sessions take place?

My sessions take place on a weekday at my dedicated newborn studio in the Sutherland Shire (Kirrawee). This allows us to maximise the large open space and access my beautiful range of props (blankets, wraps and baskets).

How long are your sessions?

The session usually starts in the morning (10.00am or 10.30am) and goes for approximately 1.5 to 4 hours depending on your package. This gives the baby plenty of time to relax and settle and for any feeding he or she might need.  I photograph your sweet baby in a variety of poses across 2 or 3 different set ups. The room is made nice and warm for the session, and it is recommended that parents wear something cool during the session.

What happens after the session?

After the session, I sort through all the images and chose the best ones for presenting to you via a private online viewing gallery for you to choose your favourite images (the gallery is sent to you within one month of your session).

Each image in the gallery is edited with final retouching, colour adjustments etc made once your final selection is made. A sneak peek is also posted on Facebook within 48 hours of the session unless specified by you otherwise.

When should I book? 

In terms of scheduling a date, what I usually do with my clients, is pencil in a date approximately 7 to 10 days from the due date. When bubba has arrived, yourself or your partner contact me within the first three days to let me know that baby has arrived and we confirm our date.  Prior to our session I will send you some tips that will help make our session as smooth as possible.

How do I pay?

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. This holds your spot and prevents it from being sold to anyone else.  It is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your session. Final payment is due on or before the session date.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to change your session date that is no problem. We will work together to change the date.  If you have paid your deposit but no longer want to proceed with your newborn session, you are welcome to change the session to another style of photography package that I have on offer. For example, a baby milestone session or a family session.   If you want to cancel altogether, you forfeit your deposit.
